November 2024 &#8211; Kindergarten"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ella, eine Kinderp\u00e4dagogin aus Feldkirch, arbeitete den ganzen Oktober im RDO-Kindergarten in Mdabulo.<br>Heute hatte sie ihren letzten Arbeitstag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Die Reise war sehr spannend, lehrreich und voller sch\u00f6nen Abenteuer.<br>Der Frohsinn, die Nat\u00fcrlichkeit, die Lebenslust und die Herzlichkeit der Kinder beeindruckte mich Tag f\u00fcr Tag. Jedoch gibt es auch viel Freispielzeit, die ganz ohne Material stattfindet.
